Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Site to engage in any unlawful activity, harvest data, or interfere with its operation.

Estimates & Quotes

All estimates provided through this Site or in response to a Site submission are non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Pricing is based on the scope of work described and may change if the scope changes during the project.

Warranty

We provide a two-year limited workmanship warranty on completed painting projects from the date of project completion. The warranty covers paint failure due to faulty workmanship and excludes damage from settling, structural issues, abuse, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmetto Painting Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, SC.
