Spartanburg has two faces: the historic in-town neighborhoods like Converse Heights and Hampton Heights with their 1920s bungalows and Tudor revivals, and the newer commuter suburbs that grew with BMW Manufacturing. We do a lot of careful restoration work on the historic side — plaster patching, lead-safe scraping, and brushed trim that matches the original profiles. On the BMW-commuter side we do mostly whole-house repaints — three-bedroom brick ranches and mid-2000s vinyl two-stories that need a real two-coat refresh after 15-20 years of Carolina weather.

I've had three painters out here over fifteen years. Palmetto is the only one I'll call again. They prepped the cedar siding properly — the others just sprayed and ran.
The crew showed up when they said they would, covered every inch of furniture, and the cut lines on the trim are sharper than the original builder's. Two years on, still looks brand new.
Hardie siding on our house was peeling badly. Palmetto soft-washed, primed everything, and used Sherwin-Williams Emerald. Curb appeal is night and day.
Builder-grade home that needed a real paint job. The two-coat finish they put down looks like a different house. Foreman was on-site every day, very communicative.
Wraparound porch and detached garage — they handled both flawlessly. Crew was respectful, on time, and cleaned up every night before they left. Highly recommend.
